Digital Design and UX (User Experience Design)

How is it possible to design a digital product without reflecting on all who will use it  (from customer to client and back again)? How are traditional services disrupted by user empowerment ?

User Centred Design or UX is an approach that I have been practising since 1999. I started developing these methods whilst at Icon MediaLab and further integrated it into a fully fledged business offering at Cap Gemini. The process can be used to create fast past "disruptive" design innovation and at is core is iterative to respond to ever changing digital landscapes.

User personas and use case scenarios define the end users serving to then map out their online objectives. From this we can create "user journeys", sitemaps and eventually create wireframes and screen topology, through which our initial assumptions can be tested.
